By using leosconey.com (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ordering
- All orders are placed for pickup at our Fort Gratiot Township location at 4281 24th Ave.
- Menu, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We pull live pricing from our point-of-sale system; the price displayed at checkout is what you pay.
- Pickup times are estimates. Kitchen capacity, ingredient availability, and peak hours may affect ready time.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout (including any tip you select).
- Cancellations: you may cancel a web order within the first few minutes after submission, before the kitchen has fired the ticket. After that, please call the restaurant, refunds are at the manager's discretion.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the ordering system (e.g. mass-placing orders, scraping menu data, attempting to bypass rate limits).
- Do not impersonate others or provide false contact information.
- Do not interfere with the Service's operation.
Payment processing
Payment is processed by Toast, Inc. Card data is tokenized by Toast and never stored on our servers. Toast's terms apply to the payment transaction.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Food allergies: while we surface allergen information where available, our kitchen is not allergen-free; cross-contact is possible. Customers with severe allergies should call the restaurant before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
